These values are in laboratory conditions; It was obtained as a result of experiments carried out in 23 ± 2˚C and 50% ± 5% relative humidity environment. The values given in the table may differ depending on the surface and ambient conditions.
Aplication Procedure
- Surface Preparation
- The surface should be dry, clean, sound and free of dust, oil, dirt or materials preventing adhesion should be cleaned from the surface, and materials such as mortar and cement residues should be scraped.
- When used as a correction plaster, surface defects with a depth of more than 1 cm should be repaired 24 hours before the application.
- Application Methods
- If there are curvatures on the surface, Warm is applied continuously along the four sides of the thermal insulation board and in three heaps in the middle of the board. Care should be taken that the adhesive does not overflow to the edges of the sheet.
- If the surface is very smooth, Warm board adhesive can be applied to the back of the board with a 10×10 notched trowel using the carding method.
- Care should be taken that Warm board adhesive does not form a film on the surface during application. Insulation boards adhered with Baumix board adhesive should be anchored after a minimum of 24 hours, and then plaster should be applied to the boards with Baumix board plaster.
- Application Suggestions
- The product should be used within the pot life after mixing. Products that have expired during the application should never be used.
- No foreign materials such as lime, cement, plaster should be added to the prepared mortar.
- Extra water should not be added to the mixture.
- Application should not be made on unstable surfaces. The strength and carrier of old surfaces should be checked before bonding.
- During and after the application, the surface should be protected from air currents and contact with water should be prevented.
- It should not be applied on surfaces where there is danger of frost within 24 hours, frozen or melting frost.
- Care should be taken not to expose the material to direct sunlight in hot weather and the mixture should be made with cold water.
- Application should not be made on extremely windy or hot surfaces exposed to direct sun.
- Application should not be made in rainy weather, the application surface should be protected from rain for 24 hours.
Surface and Ambient Temperature During application, the surface and ambient temperature must be between 5˚C and 30˚C.
- Application Limits
Usage time of the prepared mortar
− Pot life Maximum 1 hour
The time required for doweling on the pasted insulation board is 24 hours.
These values are in laboratory conditions; It was obtained as a result of experiments carried out in 23 ± 2˚C and 50% ± 5% relative humidity environment. The values given in the table may differ depending on the surface and ambient conditions.
